Our Team
Seventy five percent (75%) of our team is comprised of the heart and soul of America... military spouses. Here at Real Estate Marketing Machine, we believe it is important to support those who support our front line defenders of our freedom. Because Uncle Sam requires that they and their families move often, military spouses find it difficult to secure rewarding jobs that can fully utilize their skills and allow them to contribute to their household income. With this community sadly boasting a 25%+ unemployment rate, we strongly encourage you to seek out military spouse partners when building your team. All our team members work remotely around the U.S.!

Lisa Klinkhammer
Co Founder
As founder and former President and CEO of SargesList, a Craigslist for military communities launched January 2011, Lisa Klinkhammer has cultivated a wealth of experience with online start-up operations and players in the military community, as well as all aspects of running a global web portal for connecting military to much needed local resources.
In early 1999, while working with PRIDE Industries (1998-2008), Lisa and team developed the prototype of the online housing referral system which eventually was sold and scaled into what is now AHRN.com.
Since 2003, Lisa has played an instrumental role in the development, deployment and scaling of the #1 military housing website: Automated Housing Referral Network (AHRN.com).

Kristen Smith
Online Engagement Manager
With a passion for community, Kristen Smith evolved a professional start in traditional marketing into a career in social media development and management. At RDG, Kristen developed and manages the AHRN.com blog in support of the larger marketing effort. Her specialty is positioning a brand’s blog as a key presence in the brand’s user community. A military spouse of 9 years, she has managed blogs for primary niche influencers in multiple industries and supports the community by assisting nonprofit organizations with content marketing. For the last two years, Kristen has nurtured a network of bloggers that has grown to over 1,000 members. She created an online home for these bloggers to connect, learn and grow – both personally and professionally. As the network grew, Kristen facilitated marketing opportunities for brands looking to harness the personal endorsement power of the tight knit military blogging community. As dedicated as she is to building connections, Kristen takes time away from the office for competitive show jumping and a fine art photography hobby.
